09:45	University of East London Ice Challenge UEL architecture students built two small houses, one to the Passivhaus standard, and the other to be as energy inefficient as current building regulations. As part of the UK Student Passivhaus Conference - our sister event on Sunday 10th October – the structures were filled up with ice to see if it melted. You can see the results here in a beautiful video put together by Marek Redo of UEL’s School of Architecture and the Visual Arts.
